STORE ASSISTANT (15 - 20 HOURS PER WEEK)

As a Store Assistant, you play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Your passion for dogs and commitment to high-quality service make a significant contribution to our mission of improving the lives of dogs and their owners. TASKS:

Assisting customers with their inquiries.

Providing excellent customer service, helping with dog spa requests, and offering product recommendations.

Scheduling, recording, and monitoring dog spa appointments.

Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

Supporting inventory management, including restocking, pricing, and labeling.

Ensuring the store consistently meets high standards in presentation and operations.

Collaborating with the team to create an enjoyable experience for dog owners.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU:

Passion for dogs and an understanding of dog-related products and services.

To provide the best possible support for our customers, we expect very good spoken and written German and English skills.

Knowledge of dog breeds and coat types.

Strong customer service skills along with a friendly, well-groomed, and open-minded personality.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.

Organized, proactive, and capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks at once.

No allergies (animal hair, dust).
