TERM OF SERVICE
OF PINTU DESIGN GMBH (FN 608239w)
1. SCOPE
Our General Terms and Conditions, available on our website, apply to all orders and are accepted by placing an order.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries and services. They are intended exclusively for consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, addressed to:
Pintu Design GmbH
Margaretenstraße 112
1050 Vienna
Austria
Email: hello@pintu-design.com
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
3. VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
In addition to the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal, PINTU offers a voluntary 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
For returns made under our voluntary return policy, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, with all original labels and tags attached, together with all parts, accessories and protective covers originally supplied with the product.
For returns made under PINTU's voluntary 30-day return policy, only the value of the returned goods will be reimbursed. Original shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
These conditions apply exclusively to PINTU's voluntary return policy and do not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or any other statutory consumer rights.
Further information regarding returns, exchanges and refunds can be found in our current Cancellation & Returns Policy.
4. EXCLUSION / EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised to the customer's individual requirements.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
5. CONTRACT LANGUAGE
The contract, ordering and business languages are German and English.
6. DELIVERY
We deliver to the countries and regions available as shipping destinations in our online shop or at checkout at the time the order is placed.
The available shipping methods, shipping costs and, where applicable, estimated delivery times are displayed before the order is completed.
7. OFFERS AND VALIDITY OF PRICES
All offers in the online shop are valid only while stocks last. You will receive an electronic order confirmation from us.
The prices stated are displayed in euros and include applicable statutory VAT, where applicable, and are exclusive of the respective delivery costs.
8. DELIVERY COSTS PER ORDER AND DELIVERY ADDRESS
Shipping and delivery costs are charged for parcel deliveries and are displayed before the order is completed.
9. PAYMENT
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
CREDIT CARD
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PAYPAL
To pay the invoice amount using PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself using your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further information will be provided during the checkout process.
APPLE PAY
To pay using Apple Pay, the applicable requirements for using Apple Pay on your device must be met. The payment instruction is confirmed as part of the checkout process.
KLARNA AND SHOP PAY

10. LATE PAYMENT
Additional costs will be incurred in the event of late payment. Default interest is calculated monthly on a current-account basis and amounts to 1.5% per month.
In addition, we are entitled to charge reminder fees in the event of late payment. If our reminders are unsuccessful, we may instruct a debt collection agency to collect the outstanding amount, insofar as this is necessary for the appropriate enforcement of our claims.
11. RETENTION OF TITLE
We retain ownership of all goods delivered by us until the purchase price has been paid in full.
12. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
You agree that contract-related communication may take place electronically.
13. DISCLAIMER FOR EXTERNAL LINKS
Our website may contain links to other websites. We expressly declare that we have no influence over the design or content of linked websites.
14. IMAGE RIGHTS
All image rights are owned by us or our partners. Images may not be used, even in part, without our express permission.
15. WARRANTY
Warranty claims are governed by the applicable Austrian statutory provisions.
16. APPLICABLE LAW
All legal transactions are governed by Austrian law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the conflict-of-law rules of Austrian private international law.
17. JURISDICTION
If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), any legal action against the customer shall be brought before the court in whose jurisdiction the customer's place of residence, habitual residence or place of employment is located.
The general jurisdiction in Austria applicable to legal proceedings brought by or against a consumer at the time the contract is concluded with us shall remain in place even if the consumer subsequently moves their residence abroad, provided that Austrian court decisions are enforceable in that country.
18. SPECIAL TERMS FOR BOOKINGS AT OUR DOG SPA
SPA SERVICES and appointments for our Dog Spa may also be booked electronically via our website. Appointments are firmly reserved for the specified date, time and requested services. Once an appointment has been reserved, a service contract is concluded. We are entitled at any time to cancel a booked appointment for good cause or to refuse to provide the service; good cause may include, in particular, the behavior of the animal.
If a booked appointment is cancelled within 24 hours before the appointment or if the customer does not attend the booked appointment, the costs of the booked services will nevertheless be charged. In this case, we are entitled to charge these costs using the agreed or provided payment method, such as a credit card.
Prices for services in the Dog Spa include the applicable statutory VAT.
If a defect in a Dog Spa service becomes apparent, the customer must notify us of the defect immediately upon collection. We then have the right to remedy the defect. The decision as to whether the service will be remedied or the costs reimbursed lies solely with PINTU's management.
