TASKS:

Oversee Dog Spa bookings and maximize dog spa utilization.

Check general sales (also have an overview of individual sales).

Manage employee schedule, employee vacations, sick leave and overall well-being.

Manage store inventory.

General organization in the store.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the Flagship Store & Dog Spa.

Customer support (e.g. complaints & returns/exchanges).

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU:

Great organisational skills.

Knowledge of dog breeds, hair type, dog sizes,... 

Excellent interaction and communication with customers and clients.

High awareness of hygiene and adherence to hygiene rules.

Friendly and well-groomed appearance.

Polite and respectful interaction with customers and in the team.

No allergies (animal hair, dust).

Fluent in English & German. Spanish is a bonus but not necessary.
