    Extra Detangling Vienna

    pintu

Extra attention for coats that need a little more care. Gentle, thorough detangling to help remove knots and tangles beyond regular brushing.

Designed for dogs whose coats require additional time and attention to restore comfort and manageability.

    GOOD TO KNOW

Recommended for coats with knots or tangles that cannot be addressed through regular brushing.

May be booked in addition to a Full Spa Service or Wash & Dry.

Severely matted coats may require clipping rather than detangling to protect your dog's comfort and well-being.

The treatment will always depend on your dog's coat condition and tolerance.

    Coat Condition & Detangling Policy

To ensure the best care for your dog, coat condition is assessed best before the appointment. Please refer to the photo for guidance:

    • If your dog’s coat is heavily matted over most of the body, it is not safe to keep it long and will need to be shaved. No extra detangling or extra time is required.
    • If your dog has small areas with knots or minor matting, extra detangling and additional time will be required, and an extra fee may apply.
    • If your dog has only 3–4 small tangles in different areas of the body, no extra detangling or extra time is needed.

If you’re unsure about your dog’s coat condition, please contact us before your appointment—we’re happy to help.
