    Our Puppy Service is ideal for a puppy to get to know its future grooming experiences. This service is recommended for puppies from an age of 2 1/2 - 4 1/2 months old.

    The 60 min service consists of a Full Spa Service (wash & dry, brush-out, eyes, ears and paws but excludes cutting) to get to know the surrounding (grooming table, bathtub, overall room) as well as of the equipment. It is ideal for the puppy will get comfortable with the groomer and the Spa facilities. 

    Introducing your dog to grooming early helps ensure a calm and stress-free grooming experience throughout their life.

    *The Puppy has to have had all three vaccinations prior to the Puppy Service.

    Coat Condition & Detangling Policy

    To ensure the best care for your dog, coat condition is assessed best before the appointment. Please refer to the photo for guidance:

    • If your dog’s coat is heavily matted over most of the body, it is not safe to keep it long and will need to be shaved. No extra detangling or extra time is required.
    • If your dog has small areas with knots or minor matting, extra detangling and additional time will be required, and an extra fee may apply.
    • If your dog has only 3–4 small tangles in different areas of the body, no extra detangling or extra time is needed.
