Coat Condition & Detangling Policy
To ensure the best care for your dog, coat condition is assessed best before the appointment. Please refer to the photo for guidance:
- If your dog’s coat is heavily matted over most of the body, it is not safe to keep it long and will need to be shaved. No extra detangling or extra time is required.
- If your dog has small areas with knots or minor matting, extra detangling and additional time will be required, and an extra fee may apply.
- If your dog has only 3–4 small tangles in different areas of the body, no extra detangling or extra time is needed.
